Working along side GPs, the blueSCI outreach Service is for people who may be experiencing emotional or psychological distress in their lives. We offer a simple stepping stone approach to help people to improve and maintain their wellbeing.

We do this though;

Listening and low Intensity work
Brief intervention and psycho-education
Directing people to local community groups and courses
Referring people to other appropriate services
Motivational life-coaching
Supporting the development of Community Projects and helping to connect people to what’s going on in their area.
Having local area knowledge and contacts in the community

The Outreach service is available from:

Bodmin Road Health Centre Bodmin Road, Sale
Thursdays 10am – 4pm  and Fridays 1 – 4pm

Firsway Health Centre Firsway, Sale
Wednesdays 10am – 4pm

Coppice Avenue Library, Sale
Fridays 10 – 12
