Coordinate the annual B&ME grant awards, building relationships within local communities working together to identify local solutions.
Celebrate and promote achievements and raising awareness of barriers to the Accountable bodies.
Partnership working with existing B&ME services, community groups and organisations.
Promote health and wellbeing with individuals and within B&ME communities through local champions.
Support organisations and individuals to Identify barriers to services and work with partners to remove them.
Support B&ME groups who wish to develop their skills and knowledge and further develop their connections with other partners.
Identify and share resources, skills, knowledge, and connections
Support education and training initiatives with statutory and voluntary sector Providers
Promote and encourage community and individual involvement.
liaise and work with local health promotion specialists, voluntary sector organisations and statutory services to ensure information about access to local primary care services .
