Readers Group starting 26th March 4.00pm First meeting to have an informal chat and give out the book ‘The Help’ by Kathryn Stockett.
Write Your Own Play Course starting 16th April 5.30pm-7.30pm for 8 weeks. Have a story to tell and want to get your message out? The play will be performed by a cast of actors, and if you fancy acting yourself, get involved! Alternatively, write a 2 minute film for YouTube.

Guided Self Help
BlueSCI offer Guided Self Help for people who may be experiencing emotional or psychological distress in their lives. We offer a simple stepping stone approach to help people to improve and maintain their wellbeing. If you are over 16, a Trafford resident and want to use the service then you can by contacting us on: email appointments@bluesci.org.uk and leave your contact details.
