The PLOT community allotment site is an organic site and therefore NO fertilisers, pesticides or non organic materials are used, meaning we avoid using chemicals and try to encourage wildlife.
The organic approach recognises that the garden environment is much more than just the sum of its individual parts, and that all living things in it are interrelated and interdependent.

The organic approach aims to minimise our impact on the wider environment by avoiding the use of materials from non-renewable resource, recycling where possible.

Organic gardeners feed and look after the soil. Healthy soil produces healthy strong plants that do not need chemical props.
