The Centre is fully accessible

The group lasts one hour and then we have refreshments.  We finish at 3pm.

The group is run by Pam, a qualified counsellor. This is a chance to talk about how you really feel

Come and learn how to cope with difficult emotions.

Get to know others who have had similar experiences of surviving stroke.
