Light of Hope CIC
We work with various Trafford agencies including work with the Youth Offending Service and the Family Engagement Project. We also do work in local schools helping children with behavioural/social problems.
Our regular mediation groups are open to all – first visit is free so people can experience and decided whether our relaxation based approach to mediation is for them. We now have a regular Pilates Group, Tai Chi and Yoga.
